[PT2021] CSM Registration

Good Morning,

This email is a follow-up to the email from Dr. Weaver you received on Friday regarding CSM Registration.  If you would like to attend CSM you will need to self-register, pay for registration and submit your receipt to me for reimbursement.  As Dr. Weaver noted, we will reimburse up to $200.  You will need to register for CSM no later than this Friday, January 22nd and submit receipt for reimbursement no later than Friday, January 29th.
