Hello student leaders!



Over the winter break, Campbell IT transitioned from utilizing Webex to
utilizing Zoom. With this transition, students are able to have an account
as well! I know a few of you already have Zoom accounts (free or through
another entity) which you are more than welcome to continue to utilize.
Student Affairs will now be creating all student events on this platform,
and if you have a Zoom account through your student email, we should be
able to make you alternate hosts. This account allows for events of up to
300 participants and no time constraints. Feel free to share with other
students in your organizations and programs.



I’m providing instructions on how to create a Zoom account that will be
associated with your Campbell account below. If you have any questions,
please don’t hesitate to reach out!

1.    Go to https://zoom.us/ and click on sign up now

2.    Enter your birthday and your Campbell email address.

3.    An email will then be sent to your Campbell email address and you
will click on the “consolidate into account” link in the email

4.    You will be directed to login to your Campbell school email account
though Gmail

5.    Now you are all done and have a zoom account associated with your
school email!
