Participating Programs
All CPHS classes have been cancelled on October 2nd. COMBINE is required for on-campus* students in the following programs (other programs will be present as well):
- Nursing (BSN) (3rd and 4th year students)
- Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS)
- Pharmacy Practice (PharmD)
- Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Physician Assistant (MPAP)
- Public Health (MSPH)
*On-campus students are those who would not be scheduled on a clinical visit or rotation on October 2. For example: Nursing students who are scheduled to be at a clinical site on 10/2 are not required to attend COMBINE.

CHECK-IN
At the event, there will be no check-in or registration table. Instead, you will be checking in to each of the three sessions you attend.

Students will check in to their sessions by using their device to scan a QR code that will be available at the location of the session. Most newer phones can scan QR codes simply by opening the camera app and scanning the code. Alternative check-in options will be available if needed.

FAQ
1. What is the dress policy for the event?
The dress policy for the event is professional dress. Don’t forget to wear your nametag!

2. Where should I park?
Carpooling is definitely recommended for those travelling from Main Campus to the Health Sciences Campus. Parking will be available in the lots beside Smith Hall and Levine Hall.
Be sure to give yourself enough time to travel to the Health Sciences Campus, finding a parking space, and make your way to Levine Hall for the opening sessions.
