[Pharm27] Follow-Up: Pharmacy Organization Fair Details & Reminder

Good Afternoon Pharmacy Students,
I’m sending a quick follow-up regarding the 2025 Pharmacy Organization Fair happening during P1 Orientation on Friday, August 8, 2025.
A few reminders as you begin planning:

Location: Rooms 117 & 130
  *
Time: 8:00–8:45 AM
  *
Set-up: Must be completed on Thursday, August 7 (no morning-of setup allowed)
  *
Table assignments: Will be shared in advance
  *
SLIPS Training: Any organization not completing SLIPS by August 1 will not be assigned a table

New Note:
Each organization only needs 2–4 representatives at their table during the fair. This will help with space and ensure a welcoming but manageable setup. If no representatives are available, a display board is still acceptable.
If your organization is open to the wider CPHS community and would like additional visibility, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to coordinate a separate tabling day in Smith Hall.
Amy and I are excited to see your organizations represented as we welcome the incoming P1 class! Please keep an eye out for additional communications soon.
