[Pharm27] 2025 CPHS Organization Fair – Important Information for All Students

Good Afternoon Pharmacy Students,
I hope you’re having a great summer! I’m reaching out to share important information regarding the 2025 Pharmacy Organization Fair, especially for those involved in student organizations.
This year, Kick-Off in the Creek will not take place. However, student organizations will still have a valuable opportunity to connect with incoming students during P1 Orientation on Friday, August 8, 2025.
Here’s what you need to know:

The Pharmacy Organization Fair will be held Friday, August 8, 2025, from 8:00–8:45 AM
  *
Location: Rooms 117 & 130
  *
All setup must be completed on Thursday, August 7 – no setup will be allowed on the morning of the fair
  *
Table assignments will be sent out in advance
  *
Organizations are encouraged to have a representative physically present at their table; however, a display board is acceptable if no one is available
  *
IMPORTANT: Any organization that has not completed and submitted the required SLIPS training by August 1, 2025, will not be assigned a table

If your organization is open to the entire CPHS community and would like additional visibility, please touch base with me. We can plan a day for your group to table in Smith Hall.
Amy and I are working closely to coordinate this opportunity and look forward to seeing your organizations represented as we welcome the new P1 class.
If you are part of a student organization, please begin planning now. Additional communication will be sent to student org leadership in the coming weeks.
