[Pharm27] 2025 CPHS Organization Fair

Hi everyone!

I hope you're having a relaxing summer! With the school year fast
approaching, I wanted to pass along some important details regarding the *2025
Pharmacy Organization Fair*, which is scheduled to take place during the P1
Orientation this year. While *Kick-Off in the Creek* will no longer occur,
this is still a great opportunity for your organizations to connect with
the incoming class!

*Organization Fair Details: *

🗓 *Friday, August 8, 2025*

🕗 *8:00–8:45 AM*

📍 *Rooms 117 & 130*


*Set-Up Details:*

All organization tables and displays must be *fully set-up by Thursday,
August 7th. *No set-up will be allowed on the morning of the fair. The
table assignments will be sent out in the coming weeks. The following
time-blocks are available for set-up. Kenley will be available during these
times to help with any table or display questions!


   -

   *Wednesday, August 6:* 1:00–2:00 PM and 5:00–6:00 PM
   -

   *Thursday, August 7:* 4:00–5:30 PM (final set-up opportunity)



*Other Key Details:*


   -

   *SLIPS Training:* All organizations *must complete and submit SLIPS
   training by August 1, 2025* in order to be assigned a table.
   -

   *Representatives:* We only need *2–4 members per organization* present
   at the event.
   -

   *Unable to Attend?* If no one from your organization can attend in
   person, you’re welcome to set up a display board instead! Please reach out
   directly to Kenley to coordinate.
