[Phar26] UPDATE: Serving to Serve Volleyball

Hello CPHS Students,
Due to the original date of Serving to Serve Volleyball Tournament having a scheduling conflict, the date of the event has changed. The new date will be September 15th at 5pm. This event will be held on the Sand Volleyball Courts at Saylor Park. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be held at Carter Gym.
Anyone in CPHS is able to participate! Admission is $30 and includes a T-shirt (choice of light blue or black) and admission to the tournament.

This event has been approved for one hour of community service for pharmacy students that purchase admission, join a team, and participate on the day of the event. The team that wins the tournament will receive Creek Coffee Gift Cards for each player.
To register, place use the following instructions:

1.     Pay for your admission through this link: https://igfn.us/form/ZoxHQg

2.     After submitting payment, you may sign up for your team on this google sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xI3Y-nXiy6_kfik7EH2WZRm6ScFl4pHWQXc8VOIadS8/edit?usp=sharing

a.      You are allowed to join an existing team or start your own team. Teams can be 4-6 players.

b.     If you would only like to purchase a T-shirt, please add your name to the bottom of this sheet.

3.     Sign ups will be open until September 11th at 5 PM

4.     Due to the date of the event moving, shirts will not be available at the event and will be giving out on a later date
