[Cusom27] Updated Live, Online Kaplan Schedule

Greetings, Class of 2027!

Hope you all are doing well and gaining some ground on your board prep program.  Please note that an updated Kaplan, live, online schedule has been provided so please see attached for a more detailed and complete schedule.  Remember, you can join these live, online sessions by logging into your student Kaplan account.

A few tips:

  *   Take frequent short, meaningful breaks in between intense active review or working through question sets.
     *   MOVE YOUR BODY!  Get up and stretch.  Take a short walk.
  *   Switch it up!
     *   Switch up the type of board prep activity.  (e.g., timed sets of questions, flashcard system for details, explaining outloud, drawing pathways out on a whiteboard, etc.)
     *   Switch up the content you are covering (e.g., do pharm for 25 min., take a short break, and then review cardio for 30 min., take a short break, etc.)
     *   The brain does very well with this-and it is more likely you will retain more through this strategy and also not get too bored or lose focus.
  *   Get a study buddy or study accountability partner
     *   Just like keeping to a workout schedule or goal-share your plans with someone who will check in on your progress and help challenge AND encourage you!
     *   If you do not like studying alone, find someone to study in the same room with that will not distract but help you stay focused even if you are doing your own separate things.  It makes for a nice study break-and then, there is someone to explain things to or help explain them to you when you get stuck.
  *   Listen to your body
     *   Sounds simple-but easy to ignore and keep pushing.  Take care of yourselves-and if you start to feel exhausted or overwhelmed-maybe that is a sign to pause and reflect on what you body or mind may need.
