New Incident Details

Office 365 OneNote notebook permission errors - Investigating
Incident start: 08/31/2021 02:09PM EDT

Some students, faculty, and staff are reporting the following error when opening an Office365 Onenote notebook, "You don't have permission to view or make changes to this notebook from (username). We'll sync again if your permissions are restored." This issue may be transient and it does not appear to impact all notebooks.

IT Services is aware of the issue and is working to determine the root cause.
