[pt2025] Info about Yoga Class

Many of you asked about getting into a hot yoga class. My normal classes are hard because they are full or they are right after school.

But, I am subbing the following classes and there's plenty of room to get in.
Friday 10/25 (today) 6 - 7:15 pm
Sunday 10/27: 10:30 - 11:30 am

Living Balance Studios is a yoga and pilates studio specializing in both private and group classes.

Click on "group Classes" at the top, scroll down and sign-up. The first class is free.
Bring a yoga mat and water. We do have a few yoga mats to borrow if you do not have one of your own.
The class is hot flow meaning the room is warm and the poses are linked together to "flow" from one to the other, so you are moving through most of the class.
