  *   Students who requested their background and drug screening from V3 (Exxat old system) will receive their results in V3 itself.  Contact me once your results are in if you are unable to download the results from V3. I will forward the results to you so that you can upload results into PRISM V4.
  *   The Expiration date was removed from all four requirements (Background check-migrated, Drug screening-migrated, Universal Background, and Universal-Drug Screening) and all the above-mentioned requirements were kept as optional for the Class of 2025 so that students do not get constant automatic email reminders for expired documents.
  *   Guidelines were updated for Background check-migrated, Drug screening-migrated, Universal Background, and Universal-Drug Screening requirements.

  *   If you requested a screening by mistake in V3 and paid for screenings in both systems (V3 and V4), please reach out to support to request a refund.  However, please be aware that they did state that if the entire process and results were received, no requests will be refunded.
  *   V3 (old system) support line is support at exxat.com<mailto:support at exxat.com> and V4 PRISM (new system) support line is v4support at exxat.com<mailto:v4support at exxat.com> .

  *   Payment gateway for the Approve subscription was forwarded for the students who paid directly to V3 and forwarded to V4 PRISM access.
