Greetings Cohort of 2025!

Great news! Attached is our second Rolling Selection Survey for 2024 DPT 800 Clinical Experiences.  We have received some fantastic additional experiences from our clinical partners.

The survey is due by Monday, May 22 at 11:59 pm. Selections will be available to students via Exxat (under placements) by 6 pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. If your name was not selected for a clinical experience, there will not be one listed in Exxat.

Listed below is the link to the survey and a table of the sites we have received thus far. Here are a few additional reminders:

  *   Please read all survey instructions carefully. Each student is allowed one entry.
  *   If you do not wish to put your name in for any sites in the survey or already have been selected (awaiting confirmation from site) for a clinical experience for that timeframe, you do not need to complete a submission.
  *   The survey requires you to numerically rank any sites you want to submit for. Rankings are only used in the event that your name is selected for more than one site.
  *   The Clinical Education team will be holding open office hours this Friday, May 19 from 12 - 1 pm in Room 325 for any questions regarding clinical sites, the survey process, or any other ways that we can support your clinical journey.
