[Pt2024] DPT Field Day - 3/11 (1-4pm)

Happy Wednesday Everyone,


This is the last reminder about the *DPT Field Day*, coming up on Friday
from 1-4pm! There will be cornhole, football, 4-square, soccer, and NOW
featuring a *Spartan-style *relay for teams of 4 to compete. (*Shout-out to
Liisa Mosher-Hale for creating/organizing this!!*) I've heard some of the
DPT-3's talking junk around the microwaves about how they are going to
destroy everyone in the event, just FYI 👀

** ALL skill levels and fitness levels are welcome (modifications for each
exercise in place)
** some exercises include Farmer's carry, Dumbbell thrusters, etc.
** timing is fluid, you can complete the challenge *anytime between 1-4pm*
