All,

I know you have been give a ton of information over the last few days, my apologies, but it is all needed information. Below are the highlights for you.

August 12, 2022

  *   Pick up white coat by 12noon. (8-10am 3rd floor, Mrs. English)  (10am-12pm 1st floor Mrs. Ennis-Director Suite 117)
  *   1:00pm- Taylor Hall Steps- Class picture (BE ON TIME, THE NEXT PROGRAM STARTS PICTURES AT 1:30, WE CANNOT WAIT)
  *   1:45pm- Maddox Hall- Student Line Up
  *   2:15pm-  Student procession from Maddox Hall to Gore Arena
  *   2:30pm-Gore Arena- students line up in hall
  *   3:00pm- Ceremony starts- student procession into Gore Arena
  *   Watch and listen to what the other programs do as we are the last program to be coated.
  *   Breathe and enjoy this moment
     *   Remember to leave all personal items with loved ones prior to ceremony
     *   NO name tag needed
     *   Business professional dress ( no jacket needed for guys) (appropriate length dresses for women if worn & appropriate shoes for walking and going up and down stairs)
