Hi Everyone!

The APTA Oncology Student & New Professionals Group is hosting a town hall
meeting on June 29th from 8-9pm. I have attached the information below to

learning about breast cancer rehabilitation!*


The APTA Oncology SNP Subcommittee will be hosting a virtual Town Hall on *June
29th* from *8:00-9:00 pm EST*. The topic of this presentation is “Breast
Cancer Rehabilitation”, and we are fortunate to be joined by *Dr. Paula
Stout, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA*! Paula is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist
in Oncologic Physical Therapy and serves as the APTA Oncology Member At
Large and ABPTS Oncology Representative. She has extensive experience
working in oncologic physical therapy, and has established oncology
rehabilitation programs at hospital systems in Missouri and Indiana.

Paula will provide a 40 minute presentation on breast cancer treatments,
commonly seen side effects and impairments resulting from these treatments
and physical therapy interventions specific to the breast cancer patient.
Her presentation will conclude with a patient case-study and will leave
time for Q&A at the end of the hour. *Please register for the event using

event page following registration.
