Reminder to enter your submissions for our Monthly Health and Wellness Challenge. The end of February is nearing as our first raffle is coming up! When you complete the activities featured in our weekly newsletter you will receive an entry into our monthly raffle prizes (the activities can also be found in the entry form).

February is Heart Health month! This week is the last week of Februarys Challenge and the theme is Health living = Healthy Heart.
