Students,
I want to forward the email below regarding steps to take if you discover you need to quarantine or have been tested for COVID. You all have likely seen the message regarding undergraduate classes. At this time, CPHS programs have a very low positive and quarantine rate compared to the UG population and the residential community and we want to keep it this way so we can keep up the hands-on learning. Lets keep to our policies and procedures across the whole department. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for your partnership as we support our students through this challenging semester. Students may contact you and share that they are quarantining or have been tested for COVID-19. If they do, please advise them of the following steps they need to take to notify the University. We need all students to do this so we can keep accurate records.



1.       Call the CU Health Center at 910-893-1532 for instructions about testing and quarantining.

2.       Report their quarantine/isolation to the University using this online form: https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/r8ivwye13bq8jt/



Once students have taken these steps, we will notify you officially that they are out of class, notify you when they are cleared to return to class, and connect them with support resources during their quarantine.



Feel free to save this email and forward it to any students who email you about being out of class.
