I wanted to let you know I heard back from my colleague and he reported this yesterday to the vendor (McGraw-Hill) and he had expected that it would be fixed by today but he is also going to let them know it needs to be fixed quickly because students are depending on it.

I am at home today so I was able to replicate the problem you guys are having. I have let my colleagues at the main campus library know about it and that it needs to be fixed quickly. I will let you know as soon as I have further information.
