For our Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration, we are delighted to have
a *speaker
+ cooking demo*.

The speaker for our event will be Ivonne Marie Santiago Lopez, PharmD/MSPH
candidate. She will be presenting her MSPH Capstone Project, 'Medication
Adherence Among Hispanic/Latino Male Farmworkers in Rural Harnett County,
NC.' Not only is Ivonne a great speaker, but she is a cooking instructor as
well! She will be providing us a cooking demo of a Hispanic entree, *Cielito
Lindo* (Pretty Sky). Just in case anyone would like to cook along with
Ivonne, I have provided the list of ingredients below.

Cream Cheese bar (1-2)
Shredded Cheese
Red Taco Chunky Salsa
Tomato
Green Pepper
Onion
Tray
