[PT2021] Flu shot records and clinical documentation upload

Dear Students,

We have been advised that some students had different costs associated with their EXXAT APPROVE portal.  The students in 1st year cohort should all have received the same price $35.  Those in 2nd year had a slightly different cost as they will be using the system for only a portion of a year based on clinical dates.  The company was willing to prorate it for them since they leave for third year clinicals so soon.  Please ask your classmates who received 2 costs or charges in error to email me and Ms Shewmaker for correction.

We have activated the portals for your medical and required records in Exxat Approve.  A classmate has advised that the drop slot for flu shot is not there or not functioning.  Ms. Shewmaker and I made some edits in the system today which may cause a delay in the view portal.  We hope to have it corrected by Monday.
