Happy Tuesday!!

This year, we have focused our student-driven conversations from a Black
perspective, and through a health disparity/social justice lens. I *really*
appreciate everyone who joined us in those difficult discussions. When we
return in January, we have a limited amount of time for more discussions
before we're off to clinicals. So, before we go, I want to offer some
*opportunities
for other voices to be heard* regarding any minority/underrepresented group
of people. *That extends beyond race and ethnicity. *

So, I created* a 5 QUESTION survey <https://forms.gle/aMk9h6CbqoS1DDtH6>,*
I really hope that EVERYONE can take a few minutes on a study break to
answer these questions.

Even if you don't feel that you belong to any underrepresented group, or
you really don't want to share anything. *PLEASE at least answer the first
question...and submit*. If so, it will only take you *5 seconds* to
complete the survey. *sooo easy. *
