Subject: Research study on physical activity during the COVID-19 restrictions

Researchers in the Departments of Exercise Science and Health Promotion at North Carolina Wesleyan College are interested in your feedback about physical activity during and after the COVID-19 (coronavirus) restrictions. This study is open to anyone who lives in North Carolina and is 18 years of age or older. If you are interested in participating in this study, please click on the link below to complete the short initial survey. A second brief survey will be sent to you via email in 6 months. This study is completely voluntary and your answers on the survey will kept anonymous. If you complete both surveys, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to receive a $100.00 Amazon gift card.
