Good afternoon Class of 2021,



Please save the date of October 21 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm for the mandatory flu shot clinic that will be held in Smith Hall in Room 323.  I have broken down all students into 10 minute increments.  See attached list for your appointment time.  In order to fit the entire Cohort in to such a short period of time, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can check you in. Do not switch or change your time with another student.



I will send you paperwork to be filled out as soon as I get the material but wanted to give you advanced notice to block this date off on your calendar.
