Research Grant Proposals for Topics in Graduate Education Management Are Due on November 12

If you or someone you know is working on a research project that will contribute to the knowledge base for topics in graduate education management, please share this funding opportunity with them!

Two awards and two honorable mentions will be selected for the 2020-21 NAGAP Graduate Education Research Grant.<https://nagap.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc9b76cf4e252f5c238b30ce5&id=3a374b8966&e=ee749c1b28>

This grant is designed to encourage emerging knowledge and understanding of the complexities of Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM), including all aspects of admissions and recruitment, enrollment, retention and student affairs, as well as graduation and alumni engagement. It is open to all graduate students currently conducting research that align with the themes of GEM in graduate, professional, masters and doctoral programs.

Eligibility for 2020: The grant is open to currently enrolled graduate or professional students, and also to individuals who have completed a doctoral degree and are currently working in a position related to the advancement, teaching, or management of graduate education.

The research grant award includes:

  *   An award of $2,500, payable directly to the individual researcher (NAGAP will not pay institutional overhead or indirect costs)
  *   One year of NAGAP membership with full privileges
  *   Travel and registration to present at the NAGAP Graduate Enrollment Management Summit in 2021
  *   Recognition at the 2020 NAGAP Graduate Enrollment Management Summit
The honorable mention award includes:

  *   An award of $1,000, payable directly to the individual researcher (NAGAP will not pay institutional overhead or indirect costs)
  *   One year of NAGAP membership with full privileges
  *   Complimentary registration to attend the NAGAP Graduate Enrollment Management Summit in 2021
  *   Recognition at the 2020 NAGAP Graduate Enrollment Management Summit
