[PT2021] First Come First Serve Slots for DPT 800 Available

Hi all,

Hope you are all well.  We received "First Come First Serve" slots from Drayer Physical Therapy Institute and Benchmark brands.  The merger of these two companies created the unified family called Upstream Rehabilitation.  I have attached a copy of their Playbook which discusses Upstream Rehabilitation and their current facility listing. They have over 600 locations that are mostly OP-General Orthopedics with some sports med focus.  They are not offering specific slots this year, but ask that our students review the attachment and see if you want to request a specific location for you to complete your DPT800 experience (January 6-February 14, 2020).

If you are interested in a location (s), I will provide them with your name, email and interested site(s).  If the site is available then you must take this slot.  Make sure that you are 100 percent sure this location will work before forwarding your information to me.
