Our names are Ryan Morton and Jacob Rasey. We are 2 first-year students in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Youngstown State University. We are conducting a survey about physical therapist students' perceptions of preparedness to address lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer health. We were wondering if you could be so kind as to forward this survey to all DPT students in your program. We greatly appreciate your help.

Dear fellow DPT students,

We are conducting a survey research. Please take a few minutes to complete the online survey. The purpose of this research is to determine physical therapist students' perceptions of preparedness to address LGBT health. There is no known risk to you. Your participation is voluntary. There is no direct benefit but we will conduct a raffle for a physical therapy textbook by randomly drawing a number. The procedures to be followed is for you to click the link to survey and answer the questions electronically. All data will be stored on a password protected computer with Dr. Ge. You must be 18 years of age or older to complete the survey. All information that you provide will be anonymous, confidential, and reported only in the aggregate.
