[Pharm27] Free Clinic Sign Up (October - December)

Hello P3s!

I just received the free/mobile clinic sign-ups for OCT-DEC. You will have
until Sunday night, 11:59 pm to get first dibs on volunteer slots! The P2s
will be sent the signup on Monday, so take advantage of this time!
*Reminder* that if you volunteer after November 17th, those hours will
count towards your spring PPD service hour requirement!



*****NEW UPDATE*****

If you sign up for a volunteer slot and later need to cancel, you *must
notify me directly*.

   - Cancellations must be communicated *no later than* the Saturday prior
   to your scheduled clinic date.
   - If you need to cancel after Saturday, you will be responsible for
   finding your replacement.
   - If no replacement is found, you will receive a strike.
   - After *two strikes*, you will no longer be eligible to sign up for
   future clinics. This may significantly affect your ability to earn
   community service hours in the future.

This policy has been updated due to repeated last-minute cancellations and
the difficulty of securing coverage on short notice. Thank you for your
understanding, and please let me know if you have any questions about these
changes!
