for OCT-DEC. You will have until Sunday night, 11:59 pm to get first dibs on
volunteer slots! The P2s will be sent the signup on Monday, so take advantage
of this time! </span><b style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif;font-size:12pt">Reminder</b><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif;font-size:12pt"> that if you volunteer after November 17</span><sup style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">th</sup><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif;font-size:12pt">,
those hours will count towards your spring PPD service hour requirement!</span></div>

cancel, you <b>must notify me directly</b>.</p>

must be communicated <b>no later than</b> the Saturday prior to
your scheduled clinic date.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">If you
need to cancel after Saturday, you will be responsible for finding your
replacement.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">If no
replacement is found, you will receive a strike.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">After <b>two
strikes</b>, you will no longer be eligible to sign up for future clinics.
This may significantly affect your ability to earn community service hours
in the future.</li>
