Hello Future Pharmacists,

Happy *Wellness Wednesday*! I hope the first Block Exam went smoothly and
that you're finding time to recharge and care for yourself.

This week, I'd like to share a message from *Joanna Gray's* *The Little
Book of Self-Care* -- a simple but powerful reminder of how we can
intentionally prioritize our wellbeing:

*Five Ways to Wellbeing*
🌿*Connect:* Talk and listen, be there, feel connected.
🌿*Give:* Your time, your words, your presence.
🌿*Take Notice:* Remember the simple things that give you joy.
🌿*Keep Learning:* Embrace new experiences, see opportunities, surprise
yourself.
🌿*Be Active:* Do what you can, enjoy what you do, move your mood.

Remember, taking care of yourself doesn't just happen; it is something you
choose with intention.
