Good morning everyone!



My name is Caroline Nowell, and I am the current Community Outreach Direct for SOMA.



In preparation for National Osteopathic Medicine Week (April 14-20), SOMA will be collecting medication and hygiene products to distribute at the 4th Annual Health Fair in Raleigh on April 19, 2025. We are collecting OTC medication (ibuprofen, acetaminophen, anti-histamines, mucinex, etc.), adult multivitamins, and hygiene products (shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste).



All donations will be going directly to the homeless, low-income, and immigrant populations in Raleigh. Our goal is to hand out 70 hygiene kits at the health fair.



There will be a donation bin in the lobby of Levine Hall for donations until April 17, 2025. Donations will also be collected through an Amazon wishlist until April 9, 2025.
