Hi Class of 2026!

APPE year is halfway over and graduation is just around the corner!!

Individual mentoring sign-up now open: To be matched with a mentor, complete this form to upload CV/LOI by Monday, 12/1<https://forms.gle/3Ghu37LRccSYGi969>.

This is different from the event happening during Call Back Day. You are welcome to participate in both OR individual mentoring only.

For the individual session, you will be matched with a mentor in your area of interest who will review CV/LOI and answer any specific application questions. Of note: historically, participation in the individual session has the STRONGEST correlation with residency match rate.

You will be asked to upload CV/LOI and select primary area of interest when signing up. Some of you likely have multiple areas of interest but select only one to determine the best fit for mentor.  You will get the most useful feedback on a more "polished/ready-to-submit" version of your CV/LOI, but some feedback is better than none! Submit what you have by the deadline, Mon 12/1 @ 11:59 PM. Mentors will be assigned the first week of December.

For those participating in the Call Back day challenge — please still complete the form by Monday so I can secure mentors, but you will have the option to submit a revised draft of your CV/LOI after receiving feedback Tuesday.
