For the individual session, you will be matched with a mentor in your area of interest who will review CV/LOI and answer any specific application questions. Of note: historically, participation in the individual session has the STRONGEST correlation with residency

You will be asked to upload CV/LOI and select primary area of interest when signing up. Some of you likely have multiple areas of interest but select only one to determine the best fit for mentor. You will get the most useful feedback on a more "polished/ready-to-submit"
version of your CV/LOI, but some feedback is better than none! Submit what you have by the
