Good morning, Camels!


Phi Lambda Sigma is excited to announce our February PLS Faculty and
Student Leader of the Month awards! Please join us in congratulating...


...our student leader of the month, *Jaylen Barnes!* Jaylen is the
president of her fraternity and president of Rho Chi. She works so hard
every day to lead the members of her organization, create innovative events
and activities, and provide a safe space for growth and learning. Jaylen
provides review sessions for the P1 class before exams so they all feel
prepared. She leads by example everyday as she is a fantastic student, a
hard worker, and always has a smile on her face. Congratulations, Jaylen!


...our faculty leader of the month, *Dr. Jinsong Hao**!*  She strives
everyday to help students learn and succeed. She is a very caring
individual and patient with her students.  She encourages us to explore and
ask questions. In response to those questions, she answers with the
simplest explanation possible. If we ever have a question, she is there to
assist in any way that she can! In addition to preparing and setting up the
needed material required for calculations lab, she also provides helpful
feedback so students can learn as they compound. Congratulations, Dr. Hao
and thank you so much for all that you do!
