[Phar26] Spring 2024 Tutoring

Spring Semester Tutoring will start Tuesday, January 16th. Rho Chi (PharmD) walk-in hours do not require an appointment and are a great resource to utilize. Hours will be sent via email (by Rho Chi) and posted in the weekly newsletter.

To schedule a tutoring appointment in CU Succeed, click ≡ on the top left of the screen. From the dropdown menu, click on Courses . From the Courses page, select the current term/semester. Find the course for which you are seeking tutoring.  If tutoring is currently available for the course, you will see "CPHS Tutoring Services" and "Schedule Appointment" listed. Click on Schedule Appointment and follow the prompts to schedule.

  *If you are unable to find a tutor for the subject you are seeking, email me. It would be very possible there is no tutor available for that course. The list of tutors and their courses are attached.

CPHS Tutor Policies
1. Students may only receive 2 hours of one-on-one tutoring per subject per week. If more is needed, approval must be granted by the CPHS Student Affairs Office.
2. If a student needs to cancel a tutoring session, they should communicate with a tutor to cancel at least 12 hours before the session.
3. If a student does not communicate prior to a session to cancel an appointment, and does not attend, this is considered a no-show. After 3 no-shows, a student will no longer have the ability to schedule 1-1 tutoring, until they meet with CPHS Student Affairs.
