[Phar25] Monthly Funding Request Reminder

Hello All,

Happy first day of the spring semester! I wanted to notify everyone that
monthly funding requests are normally due by the second Wednesday of each
month.

To accommodate for the first day of spring classes, the due date for this
month is *January 18th by 8am*. If you have any questions or concerns
please reach out to me via the PSEB Treasurer email. Thank you!
