[Phar25] APhA-ASP Elections Form

Hi, everyone!

If you filled out the pre-approval form before March 21st at 5 pm and are
interested in running for a position within APhA-ASP, please fill out the
form below to indicate which position you will be running for:

Elections will take place on *Wednesday, March 30th at 12:00 pm in Maddox
130*. Please come prepared to give a speech (*no more than 2 minutes*)
about why you would be the best candidate for the position. If you are not
voted into the position you are running for and are interested in rolling
down to another position, please have a speech prepared for that as well.
