[Phar25] Monthly Funding Request Reminder

Hello All,

This is a reminder that monthly funding requests are usually due by the
second Wednesday of each month. This month they are due on* Friday,
March 11th by 5pm**.* An extension was given to accommodate Spring
Break. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me via the
