[Phar25] Menstrual Hygiene Drive

Good Afternoon!

Did you know that North Carolina is *one* of *thirty *states that
implements a discriminatory tax on menstrual hygiene products called the
"pink tax?" Under this tax, menstrual hygiene products are considered
non-essential goods.

Wednesday, March 30th- Wednesday, April 13th Campbell's Public Health
Association (PHA) is collecting menstrual hygiene products for the North
Carolina Diaper Bank's program "On the Spot." This program not only offers
menstrual hygiene products to the community but also to local public
schools ensuring that menstruators can focus on their education and not be
worried about basic hygiene.
Collection boxes are located in Smith Hall and Levine Hall near the
security desk. See the attached flyer below for more information.
