[Pa26] updated PERC rule slide info

Here are the correct qualifiers for the PERC rule. I have also attached the questions I used for the capture the flag game.

Age < 50
Heart Rate < 100
O2 saturation ≥ 95 %
No hemoptysis
No Estrogen Use
No prior DVT/PE
No unilateral leg swelling
No surgery/ trauma/hospitalization in the past 4 weeks

If your patient meets all of the above criteria, then the likelihood of a PE is very low, and no further work up is necessary. IF even ONE of these is incorrect about your patient (for example they are 52, or their heart rate is > 100), then you cannot rule out a PE and will need further testing.
