[Pa26] HELP WANTED

Hi everyone!

As we prepare for the upcoming Winter Gala, I want to reach out and ask for
your help with the Silent Auction. We’re looking to collect donation items
to create exciting auction baskets, and I’m reaching out to ask for your
help in making this event a success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the event, raise money for our
AAPA conference, and earn some much-needed fundraising hours. ;)

*I have shared a Google sheet in the drive that is a compiled list of
possible donors from different local areas. I have also attached an
overview that includes a pre-written donation request that you can DM/Email
to these businesses...see the hard part is already done all you have to do
is copy & paste ;) *

*Please put your name beside the business if you have reached out to them,
and feel free to ask other businesses and add them to the list.*
Consider reaching out to family, friends, and alumni who may have
connections or resources.

****As you receive donations, keep a detailed list that includes the item
description, donor name, and their contact information. This will help in
acknowledging them post-auction and managing the items efficiently. I have
provided a template on the drive feel free to print this or fill it out on
your iPad and turn it into me with the donations****

Please let me know if you have any questions, but right now all I need you
to do is collect donations. I will be reaching out with more information
later.
