Hello,
As promised, I've included attached/below additional information regarding the ceremony on Friday. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.



  *   Reminders
     *   PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR WHITE COAT
     *   The ceremony begins at 3:00pm in the Convocation Center
     *   Doors open for guests at 1:30pm
     *   Please review the attached powerpoint that is an overview of the ceremony and the layout
     *   Reminder, if you have loved ones joining us that will need a wheeldhair space on the concourse, encourage them to arrive early!
  *   Live streaming- https://campbelluniversity.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto/Pages/Viewer.aspx?id=3e246f51-6fa3-4ce6-a9d7-b18e00f6de02
     *   Live streaming will also be offered on the upper concourse of the arena
  *   Dress code -
     *   Business professional
     *   Please be cautious of dress/skirt length, as well as your shoes, as you will be walking across the stage and going up/down stairs
  *   Student line-up -
     *   You need to go straight to McCall Court by 2:15
        *   McCall Court is located at the back of the Convocation Center  (the entrance from the parking lot) (see Campus Map attached)
  *   Arrival & Parking -
     *   Please see attached invitation for driving directions to campus
     *   For all students and guests, parking is available in behind the Convocation Center
     *   Handicapped parking will be available.
     *   We will be running golf carts from the parking lot to the doors for those who need assistance.
