[Pa25] Lecture materials and recordings of lectures

Hi everyone,

As technology advances, we periodically review our policies around the use of lecture materials and recordings. In short, any materials or recordings are for your personal use and should not be distributed beyond sharing with your current classmates. The full policy update is below. This presentation and its content are protected by copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of Campbell University and the author(s). Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of any part of this presentation without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. This presentation may contain copyrighted material that has been used under the Fair Use Act for educational purposes.

Class recordings, including any recordings made personally by students, are for the exclusive use of students in the Campbell University Physician Assistant Program (CUPAP) class that was recorded. Student access to and use of class recordings are conditioned on agreement with the terms and conditions set out below.  Any student who does not agree to them is prohibited from accessing or making any use of such recordings.

Any student accessing class recordings (1) acknowledges the faculty members' intellectual property rights in recorded lectures and class materials and that distribution of the recordings violates the CUPAP Copyright Policy; (2) recognizes the privacy rights of fellow students who speak in class; (3) accepts that distributing, posting, or uploading class recordings to students or any other third party not authorized to receive them or to those outside CUPAP is an Honor Code violation; and (4) agrees that recordings are to be accessed and used only as directed by the faculty member(s) teaching the course.
