[Pa24] Updated Information & Reference Tips

Hello All!

As many of you are completing the PANCE and deciding where you are going to be going a lot of you are having questions and needing certain information, so I wanted to put together a quick reference guide for you for much of what you'll need.


  1.  Transcripts: All transcripts must be requested directly from the registrar's office, you can do so at this link: https://www.campbell.edu/registrar/order-a-transcript/
  2.  Degree Verification: Whether it be employer or licensure, all degree verifications can be sent directly to me
     *   Email: stiltnerk at campbell.edu<mailto:stiltnerk at campbell.edu>
     *   Mail: Campbell University PA Program, Attn: Kristen Stiltner, P.O. Box 1090, Buies Creek, NC 27506
  3.  Malpractice: I am attaching the malpractice documentation again for easy access
  4.  Reference Forms: These can be sent directly to your faculty of choice. Please note: References are NOT the same as degree verifications.
  5.  Misc. Requests: Many states for licensure and employers have a variety of different requirements, most all of these requests will come to me, whether it be degree verification forms to be completed, program reference forms (including program director), specific curriculum topics (i.e. pharm, OPIOD, etc.), etc. I will take care of all of these requests for you.
  6.  Diploma Issues: It does appear a handful of you have received your diplomas in poor condition (bent/broken). If this is you, please send photos to me and Melissa McLamb and she can order a replacement. If you have not yet received your diploma yet, please reach out to us and she can provide tracking information. You will likely need to provide a copy of your ID in the email for proof of identification as she does not provide that information without it.

At this point in time, I do believe I have officially completed all requests that have come through.
