</b>Many states for licensure and employers have a variety of different requirements, most all of these requests will come to me, whether it be degree verification forms to be completed, program reference forms (including program director), specific curriculum
topics (i.e. pharm, OPIOD, etc.), etc. I will take care of all of these requests for you.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b>Diploma Issues</b>: It does appear a handful of you have received your diplomas in poor condition (bent/broken). If this is you, please send photos to me and Melissa McLamb and
she can order a replacement. If you have not yet received your diploma yet, please reach out to us and she can provide tracking information. You will likely need to provide a copy of your ID in the email for proof of identification as she does not provide
that information without it. <o:p></o:p></li></ol>
