Greetings,

Hope everyone is having a good 4th of July with family and friends. This is just a quick note for a few last-minute instructions for tomorrow's activities.

For the Super SIM

  * Lab coats, tools, and a great attitude please
  * I have had some difficulties in getting the tablets running for the diagnostics. Instead, a faculty member will have the lab results outside of the room. Send a team member out and inform us of your desired tests. We in turn will give you a hard copy for you to review with your team.
  * Dr Kesic will be debriefing in the large debrief after your group had completed both cases
  * As all of our SIM's this will be a formative experience and no grades will be assigned. However, please have a good "buy in" into the cases to get the full benefit.

For the Medial Spanish OSCE

  * Lab coats, tools and a great attitude please
  * No cell phones. Trifold, paper notes and Maxwell's- for example- are all A-OK👌
  * We wil have seven SP's, all native speakers. Some have helped us in the past.
  * You will have 15 minutes max- but I suspect that most of you, if not all, will nail the DX in much less time (and that's ok- that's the purpose of the course!)
  * In the past, I have had an end of course "fiesta". However, because of a number of things beyond my control I will not be able to offer this tomorrow. However, I will be distributing Corticates of Completion along with course descriptions—both of these you can include in your CV as you start job-hunting next year🙂
  * Lastly, have fun! Feel free to try out some of the Spanish phrases that you learnt. Everyone is cheering for you.

Buena Suerte

Self-expression and self-identification is one of my professional and personal values. One way to practice these values is to share personal gender pronouns. My name is Miguel and I use he, him, his pronouns. What pronouns do you use?
