[Pa24] UPDATED CU Licensing for merchandise sales

Good evening,
I want to remind you of the new licensing process for selling CU merchandise. Most other things are the same except now there is a Licensing Form to complete.



As per Haven Hottel, Assistant Vice President for Communications and Marketing:



Under this new agreement -- Student organization/departmental fundraisers and merchandise sales using the names and marks of Campbell University will be allowed to proceed under certain conditions:

  1.  The Item must prominently include the name of the organization/department on the product, so as not to compete with the retail options within the bookstore.
  2.  Organizations wishing to produce merchandise using the names and marks of Campbell University for any purpose must submit a Licensing Use Request Form<https://form.jotform.com/212216498301147> prior to the purchase.
  3.  All Campbell University fundraisers must use Touchnet or Mobile Cause storefronts and will require a completed and approved Licensing Use Request Form.
