[Pa23] Info about Envision Event Wednesday June 22nd

Hey Fam!!

Ok - attached is a spreadsheet of everyone's name, indicating if you will
be in a mentor group, or if you will be facilitating one of the stations.

*You must be there all day, 9 - 5 on wednesday June 22nd.* Tentatively, you
should plan on being around school on Tuesday June 21st from 12 - 5 for
prep. IF YOU HAVE TO MISS EITHER DAY/ HAVE AN APPT, please just let us
know!!! Otherwise, *THIS IS MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE. *

Mentor groups generally consist of 5-6 PA students & 5-6 DO students
leading about 31 high school students. There are 8 groups total. We have no
idea what year the DO students are just FYI.

Each group will rotate through a total of 8 stations - 4 in the morning,
and 4 after lunch. THIS IS WHY YOU MUST BE THERE ALL DAY.

We assigned you guys based on your survey - for the mentor groups, we
randomized who got put into what groups, and like I said, everyone has to
be there all day, so it shouldn't matter what group you're in :))

Note about the Adult and Peds SIMS - there are 2 subcategories of each,
that we believe are combined into one big Peds SIM and one big Adult SIM.
There is an OMM station as well, but that is run by DO students only.

There will be lunch for an hour mid-day with 2 Q&A sessions. I will also
indicate in the spreadsheet if you're one of the students doing the Q&A. If
you are, you're only doing it either in the first half, or the second half
of that lunch time, for about 30 minutes.

If you have any questions, reach out to me or Rachel. If you have a
conflicting appt during those days, please make sure you reach out to Mrs.
Nordan or Mrs. Stabingas to be approved.
