The Aviation & Space Law Committee Writing Competition of the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section | Entries Due by September 9, 2022.
Students can participate by submitting a 20-page paper addressing a recent development in any area of aviation or space law or discussing an area of aviation or space law where a controversy or disagreement exists. The winner is given a $500 cash award and up to $1500 reimbursement for hotel and transportation expenses to attend and speak at the ABA TIPS Aviation Litigation Conference in Washington, DC on October 27-28, 2022. The winning paper will also be published in an upcoming edition of the TIPS Aviation and Space Law Committee’s newsletter.
