For those students who have signed up for the Mock Trial Team try-outs, please complete the attached form and bring it with you to your try-out.

There are still 8 Mock Trial Team try-out spots available for those that are interested and have not yet signed up.
Tuesday, April 8 - 6 spots (5:45 pm, 7:15 pm, 7:30 pm, 7:45 pm, 8:00 pm, and 8:45 pm)
Wednesday, April 9 - 1 spot (8:15 pm)
Thursday, April 10 - 1 spot (5:00 pm)

Who:                   Open to all 1L and 2L Students

When:                Tuesday, April 8, Wednesday, April 9 & Thursday, April 10
                              From 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (15 minutes time blocks)

How:                   Sign up for a 15-minute time block in the Advocacy Suite to reserve your try-out time

What:                 Prepare a 5-minute opening statement as attorney for the Government based solely on the case provided. The try-out will consist of you giving the opening statement in front of an audience, followed by some questions and answers.  You may not add any facts to the case.  You may use relevant federal statutes.
