Good Morning,

Thank you to everyone who attended the recent town hall meeting. Your participation and thoughtful feedback were greatly appreciated and contributed to a productive discussion.

Attached, you will find a summary of the topics discussed and decisions made during the session. Please note the following:

Town hall meetings are voluntary opportunities to share feedback and are not formal meetings.

Formal minutes are not recorded by administrative staff, and student names are intentionally withheld to maintain confidentiality.

Typically, notes containing feedback discussed are shared with administration. In other programs, class secretaries often provide meeting summaries to the cohorts. However, in this instance, we are sharing the meeting notes them directly with you for transparency and awareness.
  *
The only names included are those associated with the formal motion and vote to dissolve the class officer positions, as required by meeting procedure and requested by attendees.
  *
Again, these notes are intentionally broad and do not identify individual students who contributed to the discussion.
